General Information
- The time is booked on a prepayment basis, which is not refundable if the consultation on the image and location has been done.
- Consultation on the Image and Outfits includes my suggestion on the Outfit, Make Up and Hair Style as well as my suggestion of Make Up and Hair Artists.
- All options can take place outdoor, in studio or in any other location in Vienna (other locations could be booked per request)
- If the shooting takes place in a studio, the studio is booked on a full prepayment basis and is paid separately. The cancellation of the studio proceeds due to its official terms and conditions.
- You get my suggestions about the Studio possibilities and I will take over the whole booking process.
- You get high resolution digital photos in the personal online gallery.
- You can ask me any questions during the preparation time, I’m here to help you!
Other terms and agreements
- The consent of the clients to the photoshoot means that they are familiar with the author’s work. Clients agree and understand that the photographer (Ksenia Kogler) edits photographs in her own corporate style.
- RAW files are not included in basic offer. But can be purchased on request.
- All photos remain under the copyright of the Photographer Ksenia Kogler. Any commercial usage of the photos without written permission or signed contract will be considered as violation of this copyright. Right for Private usage of the photos is included in all basic offers but still requires to mention the copyright of the Photographer Ksenia Kogler.
- The shooting time starts at the appointed time, so the clients delay counts as the actual time of the photoshoot. The time spent on changing the outfits and location is included in the offer as part of the “shooting time”.
- If Clients ask to shoot at a location that has an admission ticket, they agree to pay for themselves and for the photographer. If the change of location requires a transfer, Clients agree to pay the transport fee for the photographer.
- Photos will be accessible in the personal online gallery for 3 months if no other agreement was set. After that, they will be deleted.
- Full payment for the work is carried out right after the shooting.
- Appointing the shooting shall mean acceptance of all the above conditions.
